3 KEY SHIFTS THAT HELPED ME HEAL MY RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD
☀️ Imagine waking up in the morning, looking in the mirror and feeling LIGHT & HAPPY.
🍽 Imagine being able to stop eating when you’re satisfied with ease.
🧘🏼♀️ Imagine being free from restricting & binge eating.
👩❤️💋👨 Imagine having an amazing, deep relationship because you feel CONFIDENT in your skin.
At one point I was so uncomfortable in my body that I only wore oversized clothes cause I didn’t want anyone to see what my body looked like. My romantic life? ...nonexistent. I was terrified of intimacy cause I was so uncomfortable with my body.
If you’re OVER that, I wanna share 3 things I HAD to realize to finally find peace:
1. Living like this is not chill and you deserve more. I had to acknowledge that what I’d been doing so far (restrict or binge) was NOT working. I became willing to try something new.
2. Another diet is not the answer. I had to let go of trying to put a band-aid on a bullet wound and start stitching up the wound from the root.
3. Get CURIOUS about your thoughts and actions. I constantly asked myself, where is that thought coming from that’s forcing me to eat rice and veggies again for dinner? Is that thought valid? Is the voice telling me I’m not supposed to be eating dessert coming from a healthy place?
