Gluten free. Vegan. Organic. Non-GMO. Raw foods. Green smoothies. Adaptogens. Collagen.⁣

NONE OF IT WILL MAKE YOU HEALTHIER…⁣

if you don’t heal your relationship with food.⁣

Drinking more green juice instead of healing your relationship to food is like repainting your car instead of fixing the faulty transmission.⁣

I remember feeling sooo confused why I still didn’t feel happy with my body or happy in my LIFE even though I was eating all organic, fresh, HIGH quality food 🥒🍓🥦🥗⁣

The more I ate “right” the more I felt imprisoned. ⁣

Eating “healthy” bred more reasons to get anxious when certain foods weren’t available, more opportunities to be hard on myself when I ate pizza at a friend’s house, and ADDED to the huge burden I felt that my health issues and food issues were my own fault.⁣

🥬 Carve out 5 minutes EVERY DAY to genuinely ask yourself the question,“How do I feel?”⁣

🍒 Take time EVERY DAY to genuinely FEEL how it is you are feeling. Put your phone away and write about it, talk to your voice recording app about it, take a shower and just BE in it for 5 minutes.⁣
